Are you looking for a better job? Did you know that Arizona employers are seeking qualified candidates in fields like healthcare, manufacturing, and construction?  Did you know that to begin a career in these high-value fields, you need to prove you bring the right skills to the job?

The Arizona Career Readiness Credential (ACRC) is now available to you at no charge.  The ACRC is a validation of foundational academic and professional skills that are most relevant to the world of work:

  • Communicating Effectively
  • Teamwork and Collaboration
  • Conveying Professionalism
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
  • Work Ready Math (using math in the real world)
  • Work Ready Reading (reading work orders, assembly instructions)
  • Work Ready Data (reading bus schedules, mixing charts for chemicals, notating information on a graph)

The right skills can lead to a better job.

An ACRC provides you with better opportunities to advance in your career. Employers in the ACRC network are looking for job candidates with ACRCs.

You earn your ACRC by completing assessments that measure foundational skills like communication, reasoning, and problem-solving required for today's opportunities—from entry level to professional.

If you're not sure you're ready to take the ACRC test, you can start with instruction by taking the skills review to estimate your current readiness. The software then takes you to the sections where you need help. It doesn't bog you down in studying something you already know!

The best news: Arizona provides you this service at NO COST. Enroll now and demonstrate your readiness. They're FREE and they help you find jobs!

Demonstrate your readiness for the world of work.
